We use PostHog to understand how the site is used — which pages get read, which links get clicked, roughly where visitors are in the world. It is hosted in the United States.

Nothing is collected until you accept the cookie banner. Analytics starts switched off; if you decline, or simply ignore the banner, no analytics cookie is written and no events are sent. You can change your mind at any time from the cookies page.

When it is switched on, PostHog records the pages you visit, clicks and form interactions, your approximate location derived from your IP address, and your browser and device type. It does not build a profile tied to your name or email — profiles are only created for identified users, and this site never identifies anyone.

The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional company name, and whatever you write in the message. Sending it posts those four fields to this site, which turns them into an ordinary email to us. Nothing is stored in a database here and nothing is added to a mailing list — we use it to reply and to scope the work you are asking about, and for nothing else. You can skip the form entirely and email contact@omnisgen.com directly instead.

That email is delivered by Resend, an email provider in the United States, acting for us as a processor. They handle the message in order to deliver it and do not use it for anything of their own.

Enquiries are kept in our mailbox for as long as we have an active conversation and up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted.

If you are in the UK or EU, the GDPR gives you the right to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to processing, and to receive a copy. Email contact@omnisgen.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Our lawful basis for analytics is your consent. For replying to your enquiry it is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who contacted us.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
